Eduardo's leadership journey in finance spans across diverse international companies in Venezuela.

He joined “Revlon” in 2000 as Finance Director, where he successfully spearheaded operations across Latin America before assuming the role of General Director for Mexico and Latin America.

He established roots in Mexico, serving as Managing Partner at MRINetwork Executive Search for a decade. Recently, he founded ESC Group, his own Executive Search firm, trusted by clients and candidates throughout Latin America.
Eduardo is results-oriented, energized, and driven. He's an accomplished General Manager with a robust finance background, extensive international experience, and deep insights into Latin American markets and consumers.

With hands-on experience managing demanding clients in fiercely competitive sectors, he's a strategic planner and a strong leader focused on driving profitable growth.
